Sausage and cheese platters, vegetarian and vegan dishes, scrambled eggs, yoghurt natural and with fruit, quark, fresh fruit, fruit salad, grains and nuts, cornflakes and other flakes, 4 types of jam, 2 types of honey, tomato mozzarella, milk, juices, Tea, coffee and, of particular note, the home-baked bread and rolls. Regular breakfast hours are 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays. There you will only find regional products and handcrafted objects that were made or produced within a 50 km radius. Customers are always welcome for coffee or a snack. Small events such as honey tastings, beer seminars, karaoke evenings and much more take place regularly. Brigitte Koch and Claudia Hollm are looking forward to working together and are convinced that this cooperation will be an absolute enrichment for everyone.
